但据苹果分析师郭明錤称，iPhone 14与iPhone 14 Plus这两个机型的预订量低于前代机型的预订量。“iPhone 14与iPhone 14 Plus的供货量充足，其反映出消费者对这两个机型的购买欲望较其他机型来看，呈现出低迷的现象。就目前而言，iPhone 14与iPhone 14 Plus的预购结果比iPhone SE 3 与iPhone 13 mini差。”
同时，他还补充道，“iPhone 14 Plus虽然是iPhone 13 mini的替代品，被寄予厚望。但从现实情况来看，这款新品的预购结果明显低于预期，这意味着苹果今年针对标准机型的产品细分策略失败了。”因此，分析师预测，iPhone 14和iPhone 14 Plus将下调在11月的出货量。
